Returns & Refund Policy

At All4Aus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rooftop tent or car awning, you may return it for a credit or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
2. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
4. The product must not have been used, installed, or damaged in any way.
5. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
6. If the product is faulty or not as described, All4Aus will cover the cost of returning the product.
7. Refunds will be provided if the product is faulty or not as described and in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
8. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the product being received by All4Aus.
9. All4Aus reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
